The Wollombi Markets are held three times a year on long Mondays - Easter, June and October.  We have over 180 stalls and are very popular with visitors and regulars like. Our next market is the June Long Weekend market on Monday 9th June 2025. Bookings for the June Wollombi marktet are now open.  Please note that the Wollombi markets are long running markets and so we have a lot of very long term regulars that return each year.  The stalls that are not available for booking are reserved for these regulars. The stalls with green dots are available to book. 

You should also note that the main front entrance is between stalls A4 and A11.  

The Market is held at  the Wollombi Saleyards, 2978 Paynes Crossing Road, Wollombi. Only an hour from Newcastle or the Central Coast, and 75 minutes from the F3 Freeway at Wahroonga. Come along and find a huge variety of wares.

New stallholders are welcome. 

- Standard Stalls are: 6metres x 6 metres and cost $65. 
- All stallholders are required to have $20million public liability insurance. 
- All stallholders must agree to the rules/terms and conditions when booking their stall.

Hot and made on premises food stalls and trucks are limited to 12 stalls and are by agreement with the market operator. 
All food and beverage stallholders must hold a temporary food licence from Cessnock City Council which can be applied for at this link: Food businesses | CCC

All pets must be kept on a leash at all times and be well behaved and socialised.
